As part of of a broader transformation, Chicago’s iconic Greektown needed a redesigned mobile responsive website that would capture the essence of Greek culture and entice users to include a trip to Greektown in their travel plans.
The engagement began with a series of stakeholder interviews to define business goals and fully understand the target audience. This was followed by experience concepting, wireframing, and prototyping allowing us to test the experiences we intended to create while validating assumptions and gathering feedback on design concepts. A heavily customized CMS was developed allowing for seamless control over every aspect of the website. The result was a user-centric content-rich experience that set the stage for Chicago’s Greektown to become a destination of choice.
